  • Recognises the need to constantly monitor workplace safety practices and seeks to minimise risk by hazard, thereby ensuring as much as possible, employee safety and health.

How is this policy worked out in practice?

Advanced Personnel is committed to safety in the workplace.

Our Consultant will visit the Client’s place of work to ensure the correct health and safety constraints are in place and will work with both Clients and Temps to make sure that they’re adhered to.

Each Temp has to sign a declaration stating that he or she understands the rules regarding health and safety and will not be placed into a job until this is completed.

We expect our Temps to take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others and we expect our Clients to maintain a safe workplace and ensure that any applicable safety gear is being worn.

We provide protective safety gear for our industrial personnel, including overalls, safety helmets and earmuffs. Temporary employees are expected to have their own steel-capped safety boots.
