Providing staff for hospitality positions offers many unique challenges due to the transient nature of this industry. In the early stages of 2002 we went through our biggest diversification yet by expanding into the hospitality industry. With tremendous support from most of the large hotel chains and from the South Island’s largest sporting venue (where for the International British Lions Tour at Jade Stadium we supplied 352 wait and bar staff for the evening), temporary on hire and permanent Recruitment of staff has taken off at an tremendous rate. In 2009, one year after opening the North Shore/Auckland branch we asked a specialist recruiter HHES, to join with us and expand our Hospitality Recruitment and Hospitality Temporary staff activity in Auckland, and throughout the North Island.                      
     
With the hospitality industry being a multi 100 million dollar industry depending mostly on the availability of leisure time and disposable income, we ensure relationships and customer service are second to none for our clients and candidates. Our experience is covered within a wide range of organisations offering food service and accommodation. This divided into the sectors of accommodation, food and beverage, meeting and events, entertainment and recreation.

A lot of effort has to be expended in training and retention of good quality, reliable staff, as well as building long term excellent relationships with our client organisations.
