In 1995 an opportunity arose to purchase a well established Recruitment Company in Christchurch, Price Personnel Limited, specialising in the commercial sector. Managing Director Alex Price and his team joined the Advanced Personnel flagship and with their skills and expertise gave Advanced Personnel a fully fledged full-services recruitment advantage. From here the company has gone from strength to strength, and now has a very active Professional & Office Support division.

Two keys to our success within the professional arena are to understand our Professional candidates and equally understand our client’s business environment (customers, staff, the market, tools and expertise underlying one's daily practice).  We get candidates to define their own understanding of who they are and what they stand for.  Professionals need to be able to present with integrity and conviction their vision of reality so that they can continue to motivate themselves and others. With Office Support staff we pride ourselves on servicing both Front office staff such as sales and other customer-facing staff and the Back office that manufacture or develop the products by being involved in administration without typically being seen by customers. We work closely and value the importance of these pivotal roles as major contributors to any business.
