Our services include:

  • All temporary employees provided by Advanced Personnel shall be fully experienced, qualified, competent and willing to perform the duties assigned to them. They shall be made available in such numbers and at such times as requested for the performance of the services required.

  • Prior to commencement, Advanced Personnel will ensure that its employees have each signed an individual employment agreement with Advanced Personnel containing the employment terms of contract as set out by the Australasian governing recruitment body; the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and New Zealand employment law.

  • Advanced Personnel will in addition provide, on request, the employee’s assessment results by the consultant.

  • Advanced Personnel will arrange for criminal background checks for the employees assigned to your work site. Any cost associated with undertaking these background checks are the responsibility of Advanced Personnel.

  • Advanced Personnel shall thoroughly investigate the experience, honesty and suitability of all temporary employees in accordance with the referencing, screening and recruitment procedures. All employees will sign a confidentiality agreement in their individual employment contract.

  • All temporary employees supplied are covered by the provisions of the “Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Act of 1992” and its subsequent amendments. Associated formalities are our responsibility.

  • All temporary services provided are unconditionally guaranteed to be performed in an acceptable, professional manner, and each temporary employee is also unconditionally guaranteed to be fully qualified to serve in the capacity as specified. Upon reasonable notice (within the first 4 hours of the commencement of the assignment) from you, all charges for unsatisfactory service will be waived and, if directed, will provide a replacement temporary employee as soon as possible.

  • We will make a good faith effort to accommodate any specialised record keeping requirements. Personal Protective Equipment will be supplied by us.
