Advanced Personnel Services Ltd is a limited liability company formed in September 1987 by the Principal, Geoff Densem. Our services include Temporary and Permanent placements in the Engineering, Building & Construction, Stores/Warehousing, Roading Construction, Hospitality and Commercial areas together with Permanent placements to Executive level.

We are a company made up of dedicated individuals with a wealth of practical and commercial experience mixed with formal studies in Engineering, Management, Marketing and Personnel.

	GEOFF DENSEM email Geoff Managing Director / Board Member Geoff is the founder and Managing Director of Advanced Personnel Services Ltd and is based at the company’s Head Office located at 829 Colombo Street in Christchurch. Geoff’s association with the personnel industry goes back to the mid 1980’s when he started the industrial temp division for Key Personnel, before forming his own company in 1987.
	PAULA DENSEM email Paula Director / Office Administrator / Board Member Paula is based at the Company's North shore office. She is responsible for the overall administration function within the company including Debtor Management, Credit Reviews and H.R. Paula's career started with Olympia Business Machines Ltd in Christchurch. Her next position was with Turners Ltd in a sole charge administrative/clerical capacity until she took time to raise a family then to resume her career with Advanced Personnel Services Ltd.
	MARTZ WITTY (C.A. (P.P), Dip.B.S, A.P.S.) Board Member Martz is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant who has owned some 8 businesses. He prides himself on business development rather than solely being a number cruncher. He believes being successful in business is about obtaining solutions that are perhaps outside the square. Martz brings a very different flair and skill set to the Board which will ensure it continues to grow and develop in the ensuing years.
	RYAN DENSEM email Ryan National Operations Manager Ryan has been involved with the recruitment industry virtually since he was 7 years of age!! In 1987 his parents, Paula and Geoff Densem, founded Advanced Personnel Services Ltd, and Ryan learned about the industry from a young age. On leaving school, Ryan elected to follow a sales career and joined a company in the health and fitness industry. Later he refocused to the security sector and completed his training at the National College of Security, gaining the National Dog Handlers certificate and the New South Wales licence for Bodyguard and Crowd Control. He worked in security for two years before joining Advanced Personnel in June 2001.
