Global Transport, Logistics & Freight company is seeking an experienced Dispatcher, to join their busy, diverse & hard working Customer Service team.
This role requires someone who is focused, hardworking, team player and is a team player.
Contact Centre experience is essential.
Transport, Freight & Logistics experience is advantageous.
• Answer customer queries via phone
• Updating company database
• Organise allocations and follow ups
• Track and trace
• Process bookings

What you need:
• 2+ years NZ experience in Customer Service/Contact Centre (essential)

• Excellent communication skills
• Able to take responsibility
• Be reliable
