National Pallet Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team for a global logistics company based in Onehunga. Reporting to the National Transport Manager, you will support the national operations with your timely and accurate provision of pallet management services.

Duties & responsibilities
•Maintaining and developing control and measurement procedures for hired equipment (pallets);
•Regular reporting and analysis on all equipment hire and equipment management results within established deadlines;
•Management of the pallet departments whilst working in close cooperation with internal and external customers and stakeholders; and
•Working with other individual Toll sites (inter & intrastate) and the National Team so as to effectively ensure the completeness and accuracy of all pallet movements for Toll.

Skills and Experience

Your pallet management talents will come into play as you handle a variety of tasks; you must have great communication skills, extensive proficiency with excel and other MS applications. You will be a self-motivated individual with strong planning and time management skills which give you the ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment. Additionally, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to think outside the square. You will be most successful in this role if you come with a customer focused attitude and an ability to build and maintain great working relationships with a variety of people, both internally and externally.
